We'll explore ways to create fearless teams where every member feels confident to voice their unique ideas and perspectives, respectfully challenge others, try new things, and admit mistakes. We'll also co-create principles to guide collaborative efforts, so time spent tackling hard challenges together is as engaging, inclusive and effective as possible.

    The team and I workshop a current challenge together. You get to know me, I learn about them and the business, plus we deliver something valuable.

  3. Stick or twist?

    Now we've met, you and the team decide if you'd like to continue working with me. If so, we move on. If not, no problem.

  4. I put together a programme.

    If we decide to continue, I'll put together a tailored programme for ~1-3 months, focused on the most pressing product and team challenges.

  5. The team(s) and I get cracking.

    I work with the team. We regularly review progress against outcomes, with a rolling monthly contract available for peace of mind.
